Red in the City

Hola Amigas, 

I hope ya'll had a great weekend here is my Casual Friday look, I had some trouble relocating my camera cord so thats why there was a delay. I feel like this weekend flew by so fast like where the hell did it go? I don't know what it is about Fridays it inspires me to wear red so this time I kind went red everywhere Lips,shoes and top. 

 I don't know about you guys, but when it comes to jeans I always have the hardest time finding that perfect pair. I feel like as a woman its hard as it is finding that perfect pair, but now that I'm a little thicker it's even harder!! I have recently discovered this wonderful little store FashionQ , where I have found a lot of my recent purchases but most importantly they have the best jeans.  Their sizes range from XS to XL which I think is really good and rare for an Asian store, I'm not trying to bash on them but lets be honest their clothes usually does run a little smaller.  I paired them with a basic red top I got as a gift some time ago I can't believe I still have this. I really like basic items that are bold I think the color really does it for me.
 As some of you may recognize my shoes from a previous post these truly are my favorite shoes right now,  but open toe shoes are not aloud so I use any excuse possibly to whip these babies out!! I'm still breaking them in, since I have wide feet I'm looking into stretching them and if you guys would like to see how let me know and I will show you guys how.

Summer Road trip : San Fernando Valley to Santa Maria Valley

Hey girls ,
I'm not big on sports or soccer at least but I know the world cup is like such a big deal ! I went to visit my grandparents because my grandfather is just about the biggest soccer fanatic and  well its the finale. I honestly just came to spend time because like I said I'm not into soccer so  I am doing what I love  blogging =) . When I was younger this drive seemed no big deal but this is a serious road trip ! Lately I haven
been so into blogging the photography part of it at least, but like most things when were not feeling ourselves but we know we should we need to be big girls and push ourselves. So... here I am and I actually do feel better now that I did . Before I left I took these quick picks in Sherman Oaks .

I have been meaning to do a post on summer hairstyles so its in the works but  this right here is one of my number one hairstyles year round when I'm in a hurry but especially in the summer time because I have such long and thick hair. So I guess its true "Women Never satisfied" . Because I know those of you with of thin hair are probably like " girl your so lucky " , but when its scorching hot not a good thing  especially because I have so much  of it. I would say any bun is ideal for summer but given that this look was very girly I decided to go with my doughnut bun.  If you want to see how I get this look see here for my previous post on how to.

Brunch In Orcutt - Leather & Timbs

 I was having brunch in orcutt before I left the central coast and I forgot I had taken these very quickly after my brunch. BTW these are lost files from mid May.  This year I have been so obsessed with these A-line skirts I think I have one in just about every style  . I decided to pair it with this Black and white crop top from Fashion Nova . Vest also from fashion Nova. I think I will be doing these looks a lot more often , because afterall this is why I started my blog .

Beauty FIles : Summer Beauty Staples

My Beauty Staples 

They said this would be the hottest summer in a long time and so far it definitely has been the hottest for me . I think I'm just not used to it so I try to wear the least make up possible in this hotness . I like to just grab and go during the summer I dont want to look I like I just woke up however I want to eliminate the products from melting on my face.  

• First off , this Gorgeous bronzer from Hard Candy I had first discovered this bronzer in pearl shade which I actually used as a highlight , but this i use as a bronzer  and even though it looks super dark its really not you get the perfect amount of summer glow and for a day look one swipe is good.
• Cream blush , I have been obsessed with cream blushes forever and a day so this is perfect if you want to skip bronzer +contouring . this will blend in to your skin perfectly giving you that perfect touch of coral.
• Milanin Lips are my favorite , they smell delicious I thinks its like a watermelon scent/taste , this color is a stretch for me but it actually does look really gorgeous .

Brunch at Sol Y Luna

I decided to go to brunch at  Sol Y Luna .  I feel like more and more I'm getting more into Mexican food , the food here is so delicious I now see why my mom is sooo obsessed with this place. Mother's Day Look

Hey girls, I hope everyone had a wonderful Mother's Day , and Happy late mothers day to all you wonderful mamas'.  Yesterday was very nice for me I went out to brunch with my aunt , mommy and grandmother it was so nice for a change to go out for Mother's Day. Usually we have a big thing at my grandmas house and she ends up doing all the cooking so it was nice to take her out and just enjoy ourselves. 

Lately it seems like I'm obsessed with Skater skirts , I have so many but have not been able to wear them since our weather is so bipolar here in California but its finally getting warm it was 80 when these photos were taken and then it dropped down to 69 about and hour later . Today is pretty nice I hope it stays. I paired this skirt with this gorgeous orange tube top both from this little boutique in Woodland Hills.

Summer look with Milani & Revlon

This past week has been so intense !! Today was an eye opener for me and thank god for my "person" as Meridth Grey often refered to hers . Today I can see things a lot more clearly and do what's needed . Soo... I came up with this look today I was going for a prom look but ended with this pretty spring look . I decided to go do some shopping for my Prom Dolls. And I tested out some of the products and

First and foremost I'm OBSESSED. With this brow pencil from Milani it's like brow gel & a brow pencil all in one . I would say this is a fabulous dupe for Anastasia Beverly Hills Brow Wiz . This pencil is from Milani Cosmetics. Although it's more like 3 in 1 because it also has a brush on the other end to tame those stubborn little hair . I used to really neglect my brows the most I'd do is go get them threaded , but now that I know how to maintain them products like these really get me excited !!!! With that said brows they frame your face girl so do not neglect.!!!!!!

Next off is skin , a beautiful smokey eye is awesome but without a good brow or good foundation application it won't get you far . So for a flawless face skincare is key , today I found Revlon's line Photo Ready this is the first time I've ever used any if their products they've never really called my attention , but I've got to say I'm very pleased with the results .
I used they're primer and foundation .

Shoe Of The Week : White pointed toe

As you may know I'm just obsessed with pointy shoes because they are super easy to walk in . Great style and comfort yes please !!These shoes combine my two loves pointed toe with the ANKLE .. They're kind of funky but I LOVE them .  These are available in Black & White. The white speaks to me for some reason they stand out to me probably because a lot of my shoes are black .

Trend Tuesday : Coral me pretty

I appoligise for the lack of post this past month began a new job and that took a lot of my time but I'm back.
 .
It's officially summer time , to me it feels as if this year just flew by its been a great year but a fast one . We all have our favorite trends each season but this season it's corals ! !
this is especially my favorite because its mix of my two favorite colors : (Pink & Orange ) it's girly and fun without being too in your face for those of you who aren't huge fans of the color pink.

Summer Smokey Eye: Pink & Orange

So I kind of have no idea whats going on , but Ive been on a pink kick lately when it comes to the eyes.  I mean pink is my favorite color but I usually don't do it on the eyes. Well here is my latest eye make up .

Producsts used :

Gel Liner :M.A.C

Painterly Paintpot: M.A.C

Minerlizing Skin Finish: M.A.C

Pink Matte : Bissu ( Mexican Cosmetics Line ) 

Bright Orance & Soft Light orange shadow : Manly Cosmetics (180 Pallete ) 

Get the Look 

Step 1 : Prime your lids MAC Painterly Paint pot is what I used but you can use any base of your chose loreal makes a good one as well.

Step 2: Brush: Sigma E 55
With a Flat shader brush from I applied the pink matte shadow using patting motions , this allows you to get the most out of your shadow .

Step 3: Brush : Sigma SS275
Angled blending brush  I applied the dark / brighter orange shadow and really deepened my crease  usping windshield wiper motions . Do this until you have the desired amount I tried not to over do i t.

Step 4: Sigma SS224
Any fluffy blending brush will work for this next step. With the lighter shade of orange I blended the light and the orange to tone it down a little bit.

Step 5:  Once I had the desired shade between those two I applied a nuetral color from my BH Cosmetics Neutral Palette  and applied that in the brow bone then blended out the orange and the nude.  Of course this step is optional but I think it looks a lot nicer when its all blended out . 

The Face : 

I used a Concealer from ELF Cosmetics and  MAC Minerlizing Skin Finish  for the contour . I just bought this Skinfinish from M.A.C , and I love it its so smooth and the perticular shade that I got is perfect for contouring it gives you that natural contour .

Trend Tuesday : Giuseppe Zanotti & Christian Louboutin

Hello so sorry for the lack of post lately a school has been crazy !!
Now that I have some down time im going to share with you my current stilleto obsession !!!

I really don't know what it is about stilettos but if your having a bad day throw on some big sunglasses and your fab pair of heels and don't you just feel like you could rule the world ? Okay mabey not but just fabulous !!? I think yes and if that's a no you need a different pair girl !
What's your designer crush or favorite Shoe trend / S?

First off is my favorite of all Giuseppe Zanotti . Personally I think his work is amazing its hard to choose a favorite really but if I had to this would definitely be it because this is a really classy pair of heels , but because of the gold details its not boring it makes the shoe really bold and just a hot pair of shoes even though its a nude heel. A stilleto you can wear to the club , a special event and on a daily is pretty much a no brainier !!

El primer Zapato es mi favorite Giuseppe Zanotti . Para mi su disegno es maravilloso so Claro question es trabajoso escojer in favorito pero is lo tuviera que acer defenitiva kente es este sin Pensarlo. Este Zapato es elegante, pero con Estes detalles dorados claro question nada abburido aun que el Zapato es de color nude . Un Tacon que te pudes llevar al antro, asta un evento especial , y a dia a dia .... Que ay que Pensarlo ???

Okay next off is the Christian Louboutin I know they're both very popular however this shoe is easily a favorite over all CHRISTIAN LOUBOUTINS & shoes overall I don't know about you but these are just gorgeous I love these want these got to have these. It's a glittery ankle boot with mirrored platform in gold . This is just that magical shoe.

Bueno, ahora es Christian Louboutin , lla se que Los dos son muy populates designadores, perp este Zapato es facilmente mi favorito de todos los CHRISTIAN LOUBOUTINS & zapatos en general. Este Zapato tiene un glitter y plataforma de espejo en color dorado.
